Revelation 15
3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. 4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.
Worship Suggestion:
The sound file is looped.
1. As the song plays the first time, (During Verse 1) make remarks about the joy and peace we will experience when we reach our heavenly destination. Emphasize that God has given us the promise and the assurance of eternal life by way of our faith and by way of the precious gifts of His grace and His mercy. Revelation 15 tells us that the angels will sing the Song of Moses and the heavens will be opened. The place Jesus described to us in John 14, that is, a place of many mansions, will be ours as we reach our final destination. In prayer and thanksgiving we look forward to that glorious day. Praise God!
2. As the song continues, (During Verses 2 - 3) read the scripture found in John 14:1-6 and Revelation 15. Let the song end.
3. When the song restarts, sing Verses 1-3 together.
4. Prayer and Meditation
O they tell me of a home
far beyond the skies,
O the tell me of a home far away;
O they tell me of a home
where no storm clouds rise,
O...they tell me of an unclouded day.
Refrain:
O the land of cloudless day,
O the land of an unclouded day;
O they tell me of a home
Where no storm clouds rise,
O they tell me of an unclouded day.
O they tell me of a home
where my friends have gone,
O they tell me of that land far away;
Where the tree of life
in eternal bloom
Sheds its fragrance thro' the unclouded day.
(Refrain)
O they tell me of a King
in His beauty there,
And they tell me that mine eyes shall behold
Where He sits on the throne
that is whiter than snow
In the city that is made of gold. (Refrain)
The Unclouded Day
